长江中下游平原

　　长江中下游平原面积约20万平方千米，是中国的第三大平原。

　　长江中下游平原地势低平，河湖密布，素有“水乡泽国”之称。这里水田连片，盛产水稻，淡水渔业发达，是中国著名的鱼米之乡。

　　长江中下游平原人口众多，城市密集，如武汉、长沙、南京、上海等重要城市都分布在这里，并且交通便利，经济繁荣。

　　The Middle and Lower Yangtze Valley Plain has an area of about 200,000 km2 and is the third largest plain in China.

　　The Middle and Lower Yangtze Valley Plain is low and flat, densely covered with rivers and lakes, and enjoying the reputation of a "water village". This area has boundless paddy fields and developed freshwater fishery and is rich in paddy. It is a famous land of fish and rice in China.

　　The Middle and Lower Yangtze Valley Plain has a large population and densely distributed cities like Wuhan, Changsha, Nanjing and Shanghai. It also has very convenient transportation and a prosperous economy.
